The 13th edition of the Zambia International Mining & Energy Conference (ZIMEC 2026) will take place at the Garden Court Hotel, Kitwe from 25-26 March 2026. The event is organized by AME Trade Ltd with the support of the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Development, Ministry of Energy, Zambia, and AZMEC (Association of Zambian Mineral Exploration Companies).

The 13th edition will be held under the theme “Promoting responsible investment and partnerships to sustainably grow Zambia’s Mining and Energy sectors”. ZIMEC 2025 gathered over 600 attendees from 20 countries, and featured 65 exhibitors. The high-level audience demonstrated the importance of the event and its impact on the Zambia mining and energy sectors.

ZIMEC allows a unique set of stakeholders to engage directly and in real-time providing insights, answers and indicators crucial in building rapport and confidence going forward in the mining and energy sectors.
